You could choose to change the pinks to blue and include the babies name and birthdate. The little sampler can be stitched as is with the alphabets or use that space to personalize this sampler to honor a sweet baby of cherished grandmother.

Model stitched on 1 over 2 on 35ct Beige Linen from Weeks Dye Works, using Gentle Art threads. Conversions to Gloriana and DMC provided. Stitch count: 72x108.
