Emma's sampler has been reproduced using a palette of 13 colors from Au Ver Soie's range of Soie 100.3. We have provided conversions for Soie d'Alger (SDA) and DMC. You will only require one spool or skein of each color.
The sampler is worked mainly in cross stitch over two threads of linen with the verse worked in back stitch over two threads of linen. The sampler is rated as being suitable for needleworkers of all abilities and can be stitched on Aida or linen.
Stitched on Sleeping Bear fabric. Stitch count is 158 x 128. Finished size is 9.88" x 8".
