from United States on 05/16/2023 - Displeased I ordered two spools of this thread. Both spools were half full. The shop said they were delivered to them that way. I suggested a discount for half full spools of pricey specialty threads but 123stitch declined my request. The thread itself is cumbersome, not easily threaded and does not present a nice look to my project. (I have been cross stitching for over 40 years, so I do speak from experience). I will probably use something else and will never purchase this thread again.

I tried two pieces of thread in my pattern/picture which is a 5 page long project & there is a grayish tint to it plus the thread is splitting & coming apart. So, I pulled these 4 brand new skeins out & have decided that I can not use them because the color is not matching with the others.
