This design has been influenced by the Elizabethan fashion for creating Knot Gardens of Parterres which used strict geometric patterns in the execution.

Model can be stitched on any fabric of your choice using DMC floss or Gentle Arts Sampler Threads. Stitch count: 226w x 226h and the finished size is 16.14" x 16.14" on 14 count.

Love all of Long Dog patterns. Am working this one right now and realize I didn't get enough thread to finish it up. I should have known from the pattern size, I needed to buy more thread; my bad. My only suggestion to Jools at LD would be to include how much thread one needs to do the pattern as she did in the Coddiwomple pattern. Love all of her work!! Thank you. Ann S.
