This is just one of the sweetest and easily stitched patterns! I did decide to use DMC floss in a color other than green (used 2 shades of gold combined to give some dimension) as I wanted it for a particular grouping of stitched & framed projects on a wall in my living room.

This worked up really quickly and the finished piece looks great. I used the recommended fabric/silk and was very happy with them. I'd never stitched with Classic Colorworks Belle Soie before, but I'm in love with it now. The color and sheen of the Collard Greens silk was really striking.
