from United States on 10/06/2025 - Great Customer Service I received a defective one, and when I let them know the problems I was having with it, they sent me a replacement which worked perfectly (I asked for a next size smaller - as this one is bigger than I realized). They were very good about it. I am so pleased with my replacement and ordered another one and the smallest side too, which is on its way. I have always been happy with their customer service, and products. That they are willing to back their products is a definite plus for me.
from United States on 11/12/2024 - Love the plastic embroidery hoops I have used Q-snaps for years but began having trouble because of the weight and I have a tremor in my hands which was making holding the q-snaps more difficult. I ordered the plastic hoops in each of the 4 sizes and am loving them. I don't think they hold the fabric quite as tight as the Q-snaps, but almost. I wish I would have ordered them a long time ago.
