This picture provides a small glimpse of one piece of hand-dyed fabric. While Picture This Plus tries their very best to achieve the same color from dye lot to dye lot, please be aware that all hand-dyed fabrics have some differences in their variegation and patterns.

Please Note: Many fabrics are dyed in batches and made from natural fibers. As a result, color variation can occur between dye lots, counts, and fabric types, even under the same color name. The cut of linen I received looks like the picture on my monitor. I don't think the DMC 3047 picture reflects it in any way. The linen is somewhat stiff (not in a bad way) probably due to the dying process. I hope to use it for Seven Sheep Sampler by The Scarlett House. It has been difficult to choose a linen that won't overwhelm the colors of the silk threads in this project, while still achieving the antique effect of a reproduction. As always, I appreciate the large selection of fabrics and threads that 123stitch offers.
