This very rich gold has deep burnished gold appearance and was perfect for stitching the Stitch in Time chart by With Thy Needle & Thread which glowed against the deep grey linen base.

I plan to stitch Blackbird Designs Christmas Garden and it called for this thread. It really is lovely and would add to the design rather than a DMC substitute. I love the savings of using DMC but sometimes, if you use the called for threads you get a very lovely result -- especially if it is a design you really love. This is very nice and I will use this color many times in the future.

A very versatile mid- tone gold with beautiful subtle variegation. I reach for this thread often when I need a color thats not too dark or too pale. Im using it now on a patriotic piece. Love!

Great color. The Gentle Art Sampler Threads are wonderful. Worth the extra money to get over dyed floss. The color variations certainly enhance your cross stitch.
