This is a fine crisp linen that is a very very light khaki. Parchment seems to be a good name for it. There is no mottling like you see in a hand dyed fabric. On my monitor the closeup of the sample makes it seem like a brown burlap and the DMC equivalent 739 is too light.

It's a really good colour. The only downside is that it's not a Zweigart base.
