A wash-removable grid makes this fabric perfect for large projects. Once you've finished stitching, soak your fabric in warm water for about an hour and the grid will wash away.

It makes it WAY easier to find the correct placement for your stitches when making a complicated counted cross stitch pattern with many colors. Especially since I have brain fog from myalgic encephalomyelitis, the girded fabric helps massively for my to find my place. I haven’t tried washing it yet, so I don’t know how well the lines wash out, but I figure I can always hide them when framing if need be.
