Pattern by Shakespeare's Peddler featuring a beautiful sampler design inspired by an old painting with lots of personality.

Pattern is stitched on 40 ct. Natural linen with DMC floss. The stitch count is 152 x 94 and the finished size is 7.8" x 4.7".
The Ann Wright sampler was so inspiring that I knew that elements of it needed to be used again. I think this drum is the perfect canvas for her wonderful designs. Kit contains linen, calico, thread, wool, velvet, and buttons.
Not only do I love the colors Agness used to stitch her sampler but I love how she ran out of room to stitch the date 1844 so she moved the last 4 up to another line.
