The model was stitched on 36 Ct. Valley Forge linen using Weeks Dye Works, Gentle Art, and Classic Colorworks floss (includes DMC conversion). The stitch count is 163 x 50 and the finished size is 9.06" x 2.78".
Note from the designer: It started with the request to teach at Shepherd's Bush and the theme was garden. My brain went to our love of samplers and flowers. I envisioned alphabets dancing in the garden. There will be one for each season for a total of four different charts.

This sampler, which I have named the Sewing Box Sampler 1 because it and another were found in a sewing box, is of unknown date and origin.
