Stitched on 36ct Colour and Cotton, Aged Paper color using DMC floss. Stitch count: 96w x 66h; 35w x 53h; 146w x 21h.
I began exploring English Cameo glass after a visit to a museum where I saw some extraordinary examples of this art form. Inevitably, when I find something like this that interests me, I turn it into a cross stitch pattern.
Models stitched on 32 count Blueberry Pie from Grace Notes Fabrics using DMC threads. Stitch count: 100 x 101.
With Bluebirds being one of my favorite birds, I had to create a pattern that is a very loose nod to them. I also included a couple of my other favorite things, quilting patterns and flowers.
