This is a fantastic reproduction that comes from Copenhagen and is probably a national treasure. The sampler was made by a 13 year old girl around 1790. It is huge. I still haven't quite decided how I'm going to approach it. The instruction booklet has notes in 5 languages one of which is English. The charting is thankfully very well done, but you may need your reading glasses for a few spots. The reproduction only uses DMC thread.

This sampler was stitched by a young girl in the 1790s. Very detailed. Nicely charted and printed, this challenging sampler will take some time to stitch. An heirloom piece.
