from United States on 04/17/2025 I needed a small 4-inch hoop, and this fits the bill; it holds the fabric very snug with good tension. Be aware that the black rubber cap can fall off when screwing or unscrewing the hoop, so make sure you work with it over a surface where you'll notice if it's suddenly missing.
