It took a stitch or two but I glad I picked 36 count and one strand over two. The look is so mice and it isn't too hard to do. Edinburgh is a nice linen to stitch on.

This is a very nice finely woven fabric (which may be why it is called Platinum linen). I agree with the previous reviewer who described it as slightly warmer and more pale beige-y. I would emphasize pale. It does not look like the picture on my monitor nor the referenced DMC 3033.

I love Platinum because it's not too warm. Truly neutral. Also love that 123Stitch finishes the edges of each cut!

I ordered this colour more out of curiosity than with a particular project in mind. The colour is warmer and maybe a little more pale beige-y than I expected, but still quite neutral and versatile so there should be no problem finding a project to match! The linen itself is very nice and I am looking forward to working with it.

I have used this color often-I refer to it as my go to fab. Being a Zweigart fabric it has a soft fell and is nice to stitch on.

Beautiful platinum color linen, not a “tight†weave so I find this a little easier to stitch on. Fast service and great price on this large cut of linen.

Based on the photo/name, I expected a cool grey tone. This was more of an off-white, and warmer than I expected. I will still use it, but not for the project I intended.
