This linen is a beautiful neutral color, and it is a dream to stitch on. Perfect for those that don’t like the hand dyed appearance of other linens in this color group. Great for samplers!

My preferred fabric for cross stitching is linen but the piece I received recently is very stiff. I tried rinsing it in plain water in the hope of reducing the stiffness. No change. I added it to a washer load of regular items and was sure I would end up with a rag. Nope. Still stiff. I do not understand why the textile company would put out such a product with so much sizing. I won't be using it.
