The stocking was just stitched on 40-Count Thornfield Linen from Needle and Flax using Needlepoint Silks. Stitch count for the stocking is 172 x 447. Finished size is 8 1/2" x 22 1/4". Stitch count for the sampler is 83 x 446. Finished size is 4 1/8" x 22 1/4".

Ocean Blue stocking was stitched and finished by Rindy Richards. Rindy is SO good at these stockings!! She even added tiny pearls to the very bottom of the stocking around the treasure chest. Perfect! Check out that whale!!

I couldn't resist the urge to create another Quaker Stocking after the enthusiasm I saw for my Quaker Christmas Stocking! This new piece uses the exact same linen and silks as the Christmas stocking.
It is stitched on 40-Count Wheat linen from Fiber on a Whim using Needlepoint Silks. Stitch count is 173 x 447. Finished size is 8.65" x 22.35".
I found these sweet small frames at my local Michael's Store about a year ago and knew they needed samplers. I immediately posted a photo of them on Instagram encouraging stitchers to grab them up. I was invited to join the XStitch the Rainbow team and design a piece using the Night Garden palette. Each designer was assigned the same ThreadworX colors and a maximum size piece to design. And this is what I designed!
