I just love the way she turned out! Mary is the second sampler in the Samplings in Color, where I take a very simple little sampler and give her a makeover, although the sampler is a reproduction, and the colors are in keeping with the original. The model stitched on 32 count Zweigart Summer Khaki Belfast Linen as 2 over 2. Stitch count is 189w X 133h.

The model stitched on 28 ct Pearl Gray Cashel Linen Evenweave using DMC threads. Stitch count is 203w X 176h. Finished size is 14.5" x 12.57".

Tulip is the fourth in a series of geometric floral designs, inspired by flowers from my mother's garden. Because the design is all full cross stitches, any type of fabric is suitable.

This piece is part of a greater series, the first being Joy Be Thine, now this one and one still in teaching circulation Stitches Be Sweet, there will be another teaching piece in this set called Count Be Correct with a short saying with it like the others. Finished Size 8 x 9 3/4" on 40 ct Stitch Count 163 x 195.

Other options are to stitch over one threads on 28 Ct. red linen with White DMC floss and over 2 threads on 40 Ct. Attic Lace linen with DMC #809. Stitch count is 97 x 110. Finished size on 32 ct is 6.06" x 6.9".

Pattern is stitched on 28 ct Tea-Dyed linen from Charles Craft using DMC floss. Stitch counts are 55 x 77, 28 x 86 and 24 x 42.
