This is the Loop portion of the Hook & Loop No Basting System For Scroll Rods. Hate to baste? Then the Hook & Loop No Basting System is the ticket! Attach your fabric instantly to the scroll rods, remove it, and reattach it in the blink of an eye. Enables you to maintain the tension needed to produce even stitches. 1" wide for easy attaching.
There are two parts to the system which is made of a special Velcro. Each has a sticky back. The first part (for scroll rods) permanently attaches to the scroll rods and is reusable over and over. You can even retrofit your existing rods as it is easy to apply. The second part (for fabric) permanently attaches to the project and is cut off after using. When you start a new project, you only replace the second part which goes on the fabric.

I recently dug out my mom's old scroll frame and decided to use it-- but it had no slots in the scroll bars and no leader fabric. This Velcro tape was so easy to stick on both bars and then attach to the fabric. It holds the fabric very securely and evenly. I recommend it and I love it!!

I love using the No Basting System products for attaching my fabric to a frame. I used to hand sew my cross stitch fabric to the frame, but this saves so much time. Another plus is it is easy to remove the fabric from the frame if you want to switch projects!

I've been cross stitching for over 55 years, and this is by far the "BEST" basting system for my floor stand/scroll rods. I highly recommend both of these products for avid cross stitchers.

The product is great, the hooks and loops work perfectly or scroll rods. this product was recommended to me. I had never used it before. The problem I have is with the packaging. the packaging for the hooks and the packaging for the loops is identical except for the one word which is either hooks or loops. I think there should be a better way to package it so that people who have never used it before will understand what it is and will differentiate. I ordered one package thinking it would have everything I need it but it didn't.

This product sure beats sewing the fabric on the tape that is stapled to the rods! Combined with the Hook & Loop No Basting System for fabric, it's great!

I used this for a 3/4" scroll rod. The backing paper peeled off easily so I was able to attach tape in small sections. I love this no baste system. The rod tape is very strong and reusable.
