Note: Only one spool or skein is required with the exception of Soie d'Alger #2126 when working with two strands of silk on 14ct Aida/28ct linen.
This exquisite Victorian sampler was stitched in Norfolk, England by Rosa Gromett when she was just twelve years old. Renowned for their beauty, Norfolk samplers are celebrated for rich color and intricate design-and Rosa's is a particularly fine example.
