from United States on 10/11/2019 - Terrific Needles I'm a long-time JJ fan, usually using the 28 Platinums. These 26 uncoated needles didn't disappoint, in any way. They glide smoothly through fabric and are easy to thread.
from United States on 09/24/2018 - It is what I wanted - John James size 26 tapestry needles I did get what I ordered and I am pleased. I chose these needle based on the review of others as I have used other brand needles and just not been satisfied. I do like this size as much of my work in done on 28 count fabrics.

from United States on 04/01/2016 - This works for me I wanted a needle head large enough to handle 3 to 5 strands of floss and I wanted a sharp point. I got both in these.

from United States on 10/29/2014 I don't know much about needles because it's my first time purchasing cross stitch supplies but I find it perfect for cross stitching on 14 count Aida.
from United States on 11/25/2013 - Best brand of tapestry needles These are my favorite "go to" needles for counted cross stitch. I use the size 26 on 32 count linen and they're perfect.
from United States on 09/13/2013 - John James 26 Tapestry Needles These are the best for cross-stitch. The 24's are a little too thick so I prefer something that glides through any Aida cloth without difficulty, especially 16 and 18 count Aida.Thank you. Later on I'm going to try the gold needles to see how they work also.
from United States on 09/06/2013 - John James Tapestry Needles Size 26 I find the 25 tapestry needle is better than the 24 when it comes to anything about 14 count Aida cloth. The 24 is way too wide and has a tendency to spread the holes wider if a mistake is made.

Thread your needle easily; no need to squint! On this tapestry needle, the top of the eye has been cut to allow the thread to pass through from above. To use, simply hold both your needle and thread with the thumb and forefinger of one hand, and with the other hand, grasp the thread, pulling it gently but firmly over the "V" down into the eye of the needle. From John James. Four needles per card.
