I presently have 3 Labradors so I’m changing the colors to represent the dogs . It will hang proudly on my sampler wall and be a reminder of my youth and now retirement age. Thanks to the designer.

Our model was stitched on 32-count Dirty Teacup linen from Needle & Flax using two strands of DMC over two threads of linen. NPI conversion also included. Also required but not listed for NPI option: NPI 625. Stitch count: 117 wide x 89 high.
Model stitched over 2 threads on 36 Ct. Vintage Country mocha linen with Weeks Dye Works floss, DMC floss, and Classic Colorworks floss. Stitch Count: 87W x 72H. Finished size: 5" x 4".
Gift From The Sea by Anne Morrow Lindbergh is one of my favorite books. In it, Mrs. Lindbergh used specific shells from the beach: Channelled Whelk, Moon Shell, Double-Sunrise, Oyster Bed and Argonauta, to illustrate beautiful pondering and insight on being a woman, a wife, a mother.
