"Harts & Hearts* (or Hjortar och Hjrtan) is a Nordic inspired cross-stitch chart. It features a series of band patterns and Nordic alphabets. The chart includes alphabets from Iceland, Norway, Denmark, and Faroe. This monochromatic design has only full crosses and can be stitched on any counted material of preference. Stitch count is 121 x 203. Finished size on 28 ct is 8.64" x 14.5".
