Paper piecing is an old method of quilt making which is still used today. The cut paper piece is the finished size. You add the seam allowance as you cut the fabric, using the paper as a guide. Complete step by step instructions come with each package.
Iron on, semi water-soluble Hexagons. This paper is unique because it is made up of half soluble and half non-soluble fibers. The 50% soluble parts will dissolbe inside the "Hexie" when washed, leaving soft fibers inside your project. The paper will add stability to your project while you sew. 50 - 1-1/2" hexagons. The large needle eye allows easy threading of tapestry wool or six-stranded cotton. The blunt point enables the needle to pass through canvas without tearing the fibers.
Simple Seam Wheel is used to draw a 1/4" seam allowance around shapes cut from templates. Insert lead pencil through center hole and move slowly around the template.
