The model was stitched using Foxtail Millett by Legacy Linen which is available in 45ct. The comparable colours in Legacy's Linen's range are Victoria Sponge Cake in 30ct, Corn Tassel in 37ct and Sycamore Seedpod in 53/63ct.The model was stitched using Soie 100.3 from Au Ver Soie. Ann Jefferson stitched her sampler at the age of 10. A sweet marking sampler with alphabets and sweet strawberries and pots of flowers in bold colors. The stitch count is 129 wide by 137 high and is stitched mostly in cross stitch with one band of 16-leg eyelets. This sampler can be stitched on linen or aida. Finished size on 32 Ct is 8.06" x 8.56".

Selina is a beautiful sampler most likely in the 1860s. The quote reads "Whats in thy mind let no one see unto thy friend no secret show for when thy friend has turned thy for then all the world thy mind will know".
