This delightful chart is part of a nine-pattern series called Log Cabin Christmas. Each chart has a stitch count of 63 x 63. The model was stitched on 32-count Natural Rawl Linen Using Classic Color and DMC Floss. The stitch count is 195 x 195, with three stitches between the blocks to stitch the complete series.

In 1903, Louise Sornasse stitched this magnificent sampler in Antwerp, Belgium. It is filled with alphabets, darning work, border motifs, and open hemstitch work, all executed in the refined style taught in Belgian convent schools of the early 20th century.
